Born in South Africa, PJ has been slicing and dicing, creating tantalizing dishes since the age of 20. After 3 years of Cape-based studies, he ventured out into the bustling industry and has worked among some of the top restaurants in Cape Town, namely; Green Dolphin (V&A Waterfront) and Aubergine (Gardens). He now enjoys the serene setting of the Llandudno landscape, working as a Personal Chef.
